These Terms govern access to crmai-au.com and the AUCRM AI platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

AUCRM AI Pty Ltd provides an AI-powered CRM platform. You are responsible for account credentials and lawful use of the service.

2. Trial and subscription

A 14-day trial period is available for evaluation. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.

3. AI signals

Deal signals and suggestions are informational. Business decisions remain your responsibility.

4. Data

You retain ownership of data you input. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Governing law
